SERVICE
We have established a system to realize 100% of customer requests by consistently performing all processes in-house, from dyeing, brushing, to finishing resin processing.
In Bell-Touch, we manufacture both hook and loop all processes in-house.
Bell-Touch
Bell-Touch is a high-quality hook and loop fastener series made in Japan provided by Shinwa Co., Ltd.
The combination of A-side (hook) and B-side (loop) face makes it possible to "join with" and "peel off", making it a material with "infinite possibilities" that can be used for a variety of purposes.
Our hook products offer both common specs and strong joining power mushroom piles specs.
Dyeing
As a company specializing in dyeing, we are focusing on the development and processing of raised, elastic, and functional products with our long-time accumulated technology and passion.
We aim to be a factory that has constant customers by quickly catching customer needs and improving customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, and delivery time through in-house manufacturing of all processes.
Raising
Raising is processed with needles or sandpaper, raising is able to create heat retention, hook and loop fastener functions, and a unique texture.
Raising expands the surface area of the fabric, it provides various effects such as joining with other materials and improving the peel strength when applying resin.
With advanced raising technology cultivated over many years, we realize the creation of high-touch textile products.
Resin finishing
In resin finishing, the fabric is impregnated with resin such as water repellent, water absorbent, antibacterial, deodorizing, and flameproof to bring out its functions.
In addition to various resins, it is possible to process according to your request by coating with stucco, diatomaceous earth, heat insulating paint, etc.
MORE DETAIL
More details
Bell-Touch
Hook and loop fasteners, which can be "put on" and "taken off" over and over again, are materials used in a variety of applications.
The magic of two types of cloth is that the hook fabric (key-shaped hook type or mushroom type) and the raised loops on the loop fabric stick together by intertwining, and by pulling on each other, the entanglement can be untangled and peeled off.

Dyeing
Color is probably one of the most decisive criteria for buying a product.
Dyeing is the process of applying color to textile products such as yarn and cloth (fabric).
Dyed products are required to have "beauty" and "stability" of dyed colors, especially according to their applications.
The stability of dyed products is called dye fastness. From the standpoint of use as clothing, fastness to sunlight, perspiration, washing, and friction is important.
Dyeing (dip-dyeing) is a method in which fibers are dipped into an aqueous solution (dye bath) in which dyes and auxiliaries are dissolved, and the dyes are bound to the fibers to dye them evenly.
Liquid-flow dyeing machines are the mainstream for dyeing knit fabrics.
By dyeing with this liquid dye, the characteristics of knit fabrics (elasticity, drape, porosity, flexibility, etc.) can be dyed without losing any of their characteristics.
Raising
The history of our raising process dates back to the 1960s.
We introduced a chain-type universal raising machine developed in France and started French raising with Swiss-made raising needle cloth.
We have 12 raising machines for loop raising, cut raising, sanding raising, and fleece raising. We are constantly striving to expand and develop processed products such as loop fasteners, car seats, sports linings, and 2-way tricot raising.
We are also equipped with three shirring machines and emery machines to process all kinds of high value-added products.
Finishing Resin Processing
We currently have three heat treatment machines (tenters) and three dryers.
The newest tenter, in particular, has an effective width of 3,600mm and is capable of processing 2 pieces of 600mm to 1,700mm and 3 pieces of 600mm to 1,100mm.
It is also equipped with a batch-up device from the tenter to handle large packages of industrial materials.
The heat source is city gas for indirect heating.
The main value-added processes include water repellency (durable water repellency), flame retardancy, antibacterial/odor control, antistatic, water absorption, and stain resistance, as well as emulsion resin processing to meet the needs of all markets.
We also offer "moisture absorption and heat generation processing using moisture absorbing monomers" as disclosed by Toray Industries, Inc.
We have realized further enhancement of back-coating processing by using a wide (1,600mm) roll coater in combination with our existing dryer.
